  Every time I have been in this Starbucks the entire staff seems unhappy to see anyone walk through the door let alone order a drink. The coffee is not prepared well and tastes old most of the time. I'll drive to Dunkin Donuts rather than come back here

  This is by far the slowest drive thru experience I have ever had. I go to this Starbucks because it's closest to me... but I go everyday and wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes at least. Also I don't understand why they stick the cc reader out of the window. I'm really short and it's hard enough to grab my coffee... never mind how unsanitary it is to touch that thing after so many people have! That's actually my biggest complaint. I can wait but the cc machine thing blows my mind!

  Typically Starbucks does well.. this time around I am truly dissatisfied! I use mobile order because I'm constantly on the go.. it took 15 minutes to get my drink.. people who came in while I waited received their drinks faster.. I feel for the girl in there as she was the only one making drinks out of 6 people staffed
