The folks answering the phones usually sound bothered that you are calling to place an order, and the other night I showed up to pick up my food and they forgot to make the sub. It wasn't directly acknowledged to me, but I could hear the guy talking to himself. They didn't say it will just be a few minutes while we fix this, and there was no "sorry for the wait" after I finally got my order.June 27, 2016
